I just received this and was very excited. First, the mouse's skin is very smooth and very comfortable. My problem is that even with the highest DPI setting it takes me 6-7 times to switch from my laptop screen to my monitor. I use a Macbook Pro but also have a second monitor. I keep moving back and forth on them. Response time is slow, and here the scroll button just didn't work. I had to either press it hard or touch it lightly to scroll, and that wasn't true. Unfortunately, when I logged back in, it said they were no longer available. So return instead of exchange. I chose another brand, I hope it works better.
