I am a big fan of this product. Let's face it, there is no cure for hair loss. Yes, the texture of the shampoo is different than what we are used to. I have alopecia and this has worked for me. Makes hair shiny and healthy. This slows down hair loss. I love garlic and wouldn't mind the smell if it were scented. Things happen when things are shipped but in my opinion this is fixable, no need for a one star rating. The shampoo really helps. I refuse to use scammers because once you start you have to use them forever, if you stop your hair will fall out even more. A piece of advice I'm passing on to others with alopecia has helped me. I lost a lot of hair, I had bald spots in different places, so I started taking a multivitamin, also combined folic acid, vitamin E, biotin and collagen and also mixed wheat germ and flaxseed with my diet and now I have one there head full of hair. thick and very long. It doesn't fall out that much anymore, but every now and then I get a bald spot with missing hair, but there's no avoiding it, but you can try to prolong the hair loss. The shampoo smells good and helps. I recommend this product.
