I like that it is easy for my clients to use as they are not technical at all! They can click a button or two and have their emails migrated in no time.

It does take about an hour per mailbox but this will vary depending upon how many accounts you want moved into your O365 tenant. We were able to migrate thousands of email addresses with minimal issues from our older Exchange servers hosted by Microsoft directly through MSOL support team without any problems. Our customers love being part of one platform instead of having multiple platforms within which we had so much data scattered across different departments/companies.
