This speaker is definitely better than expected. I just needed one that I can listen to in lectures or sometimes in shows/movies. The sound quality is pretty clear, but I noticed that there is a slight static noise when Netflix is launched. It doesn't bother me too much, and since this speaker costs less than $20, I was fine with that. It serves its purpose and I'm very happy with it. It's small and compact, so it doesn't take up much space. All in all, I'd recommend it to anyone who just wants a speaker that does a simple job without the crazy bells and whistles.
