Review on ORFELD Cordless Lightweight Silent Cleaning Solution by Noell Lieteau

I was so excited about this vacuum because so much of my house is hardwood. This works very well on hardwood floors and fairly well on carpets in bedrooms. The charge is enough for the whole house, even with the turbo switched on! But something happened with this vacuum cleaner that I was concerned about. The trash can opened while I was using it. This is the attached image. I finished vacuuming the whole house and went to the garage to charge it up. I decided to vacuum the carpet in the garage while I was there and it worked. Full leg, on the floor. just said. And what's worse, it goes on. If I squeeze it hard while it's on carpet or if I'm going from hardwood to carpet, the latch will pop open. It's so frustrating! If there is a replacement part for it I will send it back.
