UPDATE: It's been a week and the stench from the fabric is unbearable (similar to the smell of chemicals but similar to the smell of feet). It filled our closets to the point where I had to remove them and put them outside on the porch as it was giving me and my kids a headache. The foul odor has not dissipated and in fact we now have a persistent unpleasant odor in the entrance. This happened to all four packs I bought. The manufacturer should be ashamed of this and I STRONGLY recommend AVOIDING THIS PRODUCT FOR YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY. to the previous expectations I had. I have purchased these baist cubes several times over the past few years. This time I was pleasantly surprised that the price was lower, but I also noticed that it's not the same product anymore. The gray weave is darker, the fabric is coarser and thicker, and the dice are about 1/2 inch smaller on all sides with slightly smaller handles. They now last less, look worse and also smell very unpleasant on the outside. Packaging that I hope will disintegrate (which of course wasn't the case with previous versions). We'll have to see if they're as strong as before, but I think the lesson is that you shouldn't trust a product completely, repeatedly referred to as 'Gary' by Gray.
