This is an exact replacement for my original key and fob. I went to a large store nearby, the agent didn't know what to do with it as their key machine only uses keys provided by the supplier and was an automated digital machine. I thought I screwed up and I need to visit the theft. I then drove down the street to the Ace hardware store where I knew they had an old fashioned manual key cutter. An experienced agent said that this did not suit him and that he would cut the key with his eyes closed. Of course he did it on the groove/pattern of the old key. The key was the perfect replacement. Ace charged a bargain price of $1.50 to shorten the key. I just ordered another to do the same with my spare key where the rubber buttons will pop out. Key . Otherwise you will pay a lot of money for theft.
