I like that they are able to customize products so you can fit their needs as well! It's hard at first because it takes time getting used too but once we get going everything works out perfectly!! Also customer service isn't always great if there was something wrong with my order or anything not working correctly in our account (which happened alot).

Once set up though its perfect! We have had nothing bad happen yet which has been good considering how expensive some other companies charge which makes this even more appealing.
