I missed the word "small" in the description so I replaced my (okay) large base with a new small one and put a new small tip on it and it felt good and worked fine - as long as the tip came off. So far it has been in my bag so I can rearrange it again and again. I had the original base and tip for years and the tip stayed in place until the tip finally split in two (top/bottom). I'm giving 3 stars because while the tip isn't holding right now, I hope it expands and stays; if he stayed i would give 5 and if i didn't hope i would give 1 or 2.
