I love this cute skirt with an adjustable waistband AND fitted shorts! Adjustable waist skirts are hard to find and longer. My 8 year old wears a size 10 and it looks great. She is thin but long-legged. She was thrilled when she saw that the letter had arrived in the mail. It's a little long but my girl is tall. Decrease the size if your child has shorter legs.
