I wanted to love it because it makes a cold brew in 20 minutes BUT the advantages of this quick cold brew option over the 12-24 hour brew method I make and love just don't exist. First, the water should be ROOM, almost warm, and if you're using a filtered fridge like me, the water you're using will be cold. If I need to pour water into a pitcher and let it warm to room temperature, I need to schedule it an hour in advance. Ok anyway I ran my cold drink twice on top of a very greasy drink and it doesn't taste good and it tastes rather weak/watery. I made less water than needed and probably a little coarser ground coffee than needed. Finally, this block has too many parts and it's messy to shoot and there's no way to fully clean the interior of the car (similar to the same problem Keurig has with that moldy taste coming from all that crap in the car that you don't can clean). All in all there is no benefit for $70 because I still have to plan at least an hour in advance and the drink just isn't to my liking. I'm sticking with the tried and true slow cold brew method.
