So if you drop the bag, the laptop will get hit. I bought a laptop sleeve from Amazon to store my laptop which offers nice padding and an extra laptop sleeve. This may not always work if you have a laptop larger than 15 inches. The bag would win if it had shoes to stand on. The current bag sits on the skin itself, which affects its lifespan.
