This is something the Japanese have constant trouble with. After one of the ates, the system began to hang very much, even in the menu; after about a year, it passed; the reasons for this are unclear; and now, after EVERY system ate, it requests a complete reinstallation of the system due to crashes. This has been going on for 5 and a half years. As is customary, technical support is of no assistance and seems unable to diagnose the problem. If it weren't for the limited editions, I would have thrown this thing away a long time ago.
