Got a used relay. Condition is not new

These relays are definitely used, not even sure if they are even refurbished. It doesn't appear to be the case. Not sure if my fuel pump relay in my 01 Camaro is definitely to blame, but I saw the price and thought I'd get 2 of these anyway, just to test. They are in a white GM factory box, wrapped in bubble wrap, but definitely old and not new at all.
