My son is athletic, 12 years old and weighs about 135 pounds. He wears a 29 inch waist in men's jeans, but he's still a kid so finding clothes that fit him and his age can be difficult at times. I've always loved Children's Place for their quality clothing and their very affordable prices. This purchase was so exciting because they offer advanced sizing and a 'find my size' quiz which is fast and very accurate. He suggested 16 huskies and they were a perfect match for him. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the size variation between two pairs of the same item. I ordered a 16H in gray but it was out of stock in khaki, so I reduced myself to size 18R. 18R were so small that there was at least 3 inches between the buttonhole and the button. Needless to say, the pair has been returned. In general, you can't go wrong with the brand. The material is wrinkle-resistant, moisture-wicking, easy to clean and will last until your little one outgrows it. I've never had a pair that wore out before he grew up.
