I finally settled on wireless charging and bought it specifically as a night charger after spending some time trying to find something that wasn't too expensive but also not too expensive . It doesn't look cheap and doesn't have blindingly bright LEDs. It works perfectly for me. I used it with iPhone X and then iPhone Xs Max. So far there's a white LED on the right side, but it's very dim and doesn't pose a problem when trying to fall asleep. I use it with my phone in vertical (portrait) orientation, but it works just as well in landscape. I was skeptical about the cloth case but so far so good and it still muffles the sound of the phone on the charger a bit which comes in handy when I go to bed late and don't want to wake up. My wife. The price is a bit higher than some other chargers, but it includes a QuickCharge 3.0 charger, and the USB-C cable makes up for that, since like cheaper wireless chargers you often have to buy it separately. happy with it and would definitely recommend it.
