I have a lot of Cutco knives. This one will not disappoint you! Cutco may be expensive, but it's worth every penny. They guarantee their products for life! And I'm not talking about your life. You can gift these knives to your great grandchildren and they can sharpen them for a shipping fee or replace them if needed. I sent in my stuff to be sharpened, including a pair of kitchen scissors, they had some rust on the hinge. Cutco got me a new pair! Katko to the end! I'm sorry I got a little lost.
