The ease of use, great customer support team; it's intuitive design makes reporting easy even with limited technical experience or training! There are no downsides as far I am concerned but if you want more control over your reports then there may be certain features that aren't available yet in version 1 which could help solve this issue (ease of access).

If all employees can easily submit their own ethical concerns without needing any outside assistance from HR department - we will have improved our internal culture & ethics across board by leaps n bounds!!
