I like this idea and it would be great if something could be fixed. It fits in a car cup holder, is made of thick, durable plastic, and I love the swinging door concept. However, the attachment does not remain on the cup! Every time I try to throw something away, the top part comes off. If it was a screw cap or latch, that would be better. Second, the ill-fitting top makes it difficult to slip a small plastic bag in to align. And I don't like using it without a bag because it can get uncomfortable.
