works well good for me
Was careful to order the correct bars for my specific model Weber and the length was perfect. I found I had to krimp the width just a bit on each one, though, as the width didn't allow enough air circulation and the heat very quickly created a fire in the grill. Easily fixed with a bit of bending each one.
