I like that we can see what our open rate is, how many emails are being delivered each day (or week). The interface could be easier/quicker but it's not bad! Just make sure you're familiar with all of their features before signing up - there isn't much help when they don’t have someone in sales or support available during normal business hours if needed either via chat function OR phone calls at this time frame. It has helped us improve inbox delivery rates by 30% since using them as an addressee verification provider 3 months ago!!
