I bought two number 1 balloons because it was my 11 year old son's birthday. Took them to Publix still in the box they were in and they blew them up for $3 each. I then went out and bought groceries and when I checked out I had to go back to see if they were inflating the only balloon that was deflated. They said they don't usually do that as the balloons weren't bought there and the lady blew them up and when I got home everything looked like this. (see photo) In the future I will buy balloons from Publix. This is the second time this has happened to me. Last year I bought a balloon of the same color and one of them started deflating but it didn't happen until later in the evening so the whole thing must have been smaller. I couldn't even get a good photo with my son with balloons. I will try to get my money back for this.
