Having a MacBook Pro 15" 2018 that was upgraded to Big Sur yesterday, but today LaCie's "permissions" now prevent me from writing Time Machine backups to it. Even if "Get More Info" is "unlocked" in the popup, I can't change permissions. Shares and Permissions state that "Read and Write" already exists for "System" and "Rad". For "everyone" it is read-only. If you try to change any of them, "The operation cannot be completed because you do not have sufficient permission". I AM the admin and have already provided the admin code to unlock the lock below. This machine is only 1.5 years old. Not happy about that. If anything changes or I find a workaround I'll update this post.
