These shelves are a little smaller than I thought they would be, but they help me a lot to organize my scrap wood. I hate throwing firewood away, but I also hate it piling up against the garage wall and taking up precious floor space. I installed these shelves in under an hour and removed almost all of my junk off the floor. It's also very easy to find the wood I need now with minimal digging. It's not the most durable construction, but it fits its size. Mines are installed on a block wall. You have to be careful not to over tighten the block or you will clean up the hole. I'm sure if I secured them to a tree they would have a lot less lateral movement. Overall they do a great job and I'm sure they will hold my plywood and extra trim securely.
