Headphones are good but there is a problem with the charging case. The case has 4 copper pins, 2 on each side, which are spring loaded and make contact with the headphones when docked. The lower right pin is constantly stuck in the down position and has no contact with the right liner in the docking station. I have to bring a screwdriver to it and carefully pull it out again every time so I can charge the earpiece. I have already exchanged a set of these, but unfortunately the second charger has the same defect. I don't think I'll get another replacement because I'm pretty sure it will have the same problem. I'll live with it until I replace it with a more reliable brand.
