SECOND HAND! Some important parts are missing.
The package arrived early and undamaged. However, instead of containing 2 upper and 2 lower sections, the package had 4 upper sections and no lower sections. Needless to say, this rendered the shelves unusable. The seller can only be contacted via Outlook email or Facebook messenger (shunxing.us). This didn't leave me much confidence that the problem would be easily fixed. I am returning to Revain and will no longer be ordering Oiahony products. This decision is not based on the quality of the product (it looks premium and solid) but on the inability to contact the representative to resolve issues.
