High quality and good quality. For size 1 they seemed too big for me. My miniature poodle is 6 pounds and has tiny paws. Although the boot had velcro to "tighten" the boot, no matter how "tight" it was, due to the very thick material, the velcro was unable to create tension to close either boot on my dog's feet keep. . Maybe if the material were less thick or the boots were higher, it would stay on the foot. My dog takes just one step and the shoes fall off. upset.
