I like that it integrates with other apps so we can see how many rides are booked in from outside sources vs being bookend by our team (drivers). In my market, this helps us better understand what needs attention for next quarter & allows me make adjustments as needed! Some of these features could be more user-friendly such as seeing an overview or summary instead if going back into each app separately when looking at data within individual accounts/tickets etc - would require some training but not too difficult once they have been implemented :) Really nothing here dislike really apart form having all tickets go through one account rather than multiple ones!! Our current situation has no benefit yet since most drivers use different applications internally however i know there will come time where benefits become available due mainly because customers want them now. Currently using mostly just internal systems only though do realize you.
