My cleaning company has a fleet of these. We use it to clean apartments when we move out. My co-workers love how comfortable it is to wear and the long hose. I like the quick release for changing straps. The bag compartment is a little small, smaller than a paper bag. Sometimes the compartment door gets stuck, making it difficult to open the compartment. Sucking is SUPER! Works great on low-pile and thick-pile carpets. But it's harder to press on a thick carpet. Bags and belts are very cheap and can be found all over the internet. I love everything in a vacuum BUT. it is quite flimsy and the pocket compartment is too small. Otherwise I would give 5 stars. If you own a cleaning company and need a lightweight vacuum cleaner with attachments, this could be the one for you. By the way, don't waste money on their non-commercial version. Also make sure you buy the correct belts, there are two versions of the T series belts, use the belt number from the owner's manual or you will have problems. Otherwise it's a big vacuum.
