Review on 🌡️ Maverick Housewares CT-02 Redi-Chek Digital Candy/Oil/Deep Fry Thermometer in Black by Latoya Williams

I used this thermometer to bake rosette shaped cookies and it helped keep the oil at a consistent temperature throughout the frying process. I love that it has a clip as I have attached it to two different sized pots. The clamp helped the thermometer stay in place in both pans I used. I've had great success making rose cookies, although this is my first time making them. I feel that keeping the oil at a consistent temperature had a lot to do with the result. I've never bought or used a thermometer when frying food and I'm glad this one did the job. I would buy this again.
