The best part about this service is that they are quick when responding back with any questions you may have or issues regarding your transcriptions! Sometimes though there can be some delay between sending files out for transcription which makes scheduling hard because I want them by tomorrow afternoon not next week so please get those transcripts done sooner rather then later if possible!! Great customer support staff as well who always respond quickly whenever needed at all hours during business days. We use DocDoc's services frequently due their great rates compared other companies we've used before (we also do our own medical billing.).
