Review on Farberware Nonstick Bakeware Bread 2 Piece by Jhansi Thomas

These are GREAT bread pans! I've baked many different types of quickbread in it and the bread just falls out when it's done - practically no washing required! I have a habit of hand washing all my new pots - I don't want to rust, I don't want to lose the coating, and they're so quick and easy to do that it takes practically less time to do a quick wash and dry them, then you have to wash them in the car dishwasher! I have replaced all of my ten year old bakeware and most have been replaced with Farberwear. These pans are very durable and to be honest I'm not even sure if they need to be oiled before baking, the non-stick coating is so cool (although I didn't want to experiment!). I am very happy with the quality. I read that you do NOT use cooking spray on these types of nonstick pans as it would ruin the coating. Applying cooking spray to some Crisco with a paper towel might be a little quicker, but I don't really like the uneven coverage of the spray, let alone the mess it made on the sink. Crisco is better I think.
