I have curly (2b), very fine hair that is prone to frizz but is easily weighed down. I wash it once/twice a week and rinse with water daily leaving it exposed to air most of the time. I've been looking forever for products with fewer ingredients and no harsh chemicals. Something that would be easier on my hair. That's it. My hair feels light and clean but not devoid of moisture. The curls are well defined and I don't need any additional products to control frizz. This is the best commercial shampoo/conditioner I have ever used.
