The device hung on the 2nd day. It's just a red light and won't come on. I reset using the recovery button and locked it with the word "Hello" on the display and ZIDOO on the screen. It won't go any further. I couldn't turn it off with the remote control. It should be noted that the ZX9 did most of what I wanted it to do. Menu for most ISO files and an acceptable wall poster. I would like more artworks. To return. I might try again when Revain has more in stock. I bought it again. Now it works fine. I like the collect function. You can create a collection like Star Trek - Alternate Timeline and put all 3 current movies in it. It will appear as a collection on your poster wall. The device also did something interesting. I bought the 3D version of Into the Darkness and it was added to the collection but in the 4k HDR version where both HDR and 3D are available from the same title. I have a QNAP that I upload all my media to. I have a DUNE and this device. As someone said, if someone takes the best features from Zappiti, Zidoo and OPPO, we have the perfect device. I also disliked Zappiti for their control over the system. Your NAS required you to contact them if you wanted to add a hard drive so they could log into your system. No thank you! Also, my QNAP was much cheaper and I could add Blu-Ray and DVDFab to my PC and still have money left over for 3 x 16TB discs.
