I had a 10 year old router replacing this Netgear router. The old router could only output 750 Mbit/s. With an internet package with speeds up to 100 Mbit/s and an old router, I lost no more than 95 Mbit/s and often slower. If I upgrade to this router and choose an alternate DNS server with the same internet package, I get speeds up to 120Mbps on all my devices (except the tablet, which is slow anyway). Quickly! The installation was fine. The app really helped me get started when my desktop went offline during the switch, but then made it easier for me to set everything up on my desktop in the router software once I connected my desktop. Setup time was about the same as most routers. There were also some disappointments. But now that everything is set up, I'm thrilled! Very beautiful design!
