Review on Enhanced Communication Experience: Introducing the Grandstream GXV3370 IP Video Phone with Android by Andre Tenk

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Really good affordable Android desktop phone, can be used with Play Store!

This phone will correctly receive Google Voice calls if you update the firmware to the latest version and install the necessary applications! Go to firmware.grandstream.com and download the latest firmware. Go to the phone's web interface and download the firmware to the phone. Install the Play Store app from GS Market. Then install Google app and Google Voice app from Play Store. If you use a USB security key, it works! This allows you to use two-factor authentication. I have not tested the Bluetooth security key. This version runs Android 7, has 2GB of RAM and 3GB of flash storage, and a 1.3GHz quad-core ARM processor. So this is sort of a budget Android tablet with a daylight-readable screen, a speaker and microphone, a video camera, and an earpiece. It has an HDMI output, which I haven't tested yet, so it might be suitable for large-screen conferencing. Additional storage requires SD cards and USB drives. It features a 1/8 inch headphone jack that can be used with headsets. It also has a modular jack for another type of headset. It has a network output to connect your desktop computer.
