TLDR I sleep better now

History:I have a lot of back pain and for years, I've been using a long body pillow. I stuffed it between my legs, but ended up sleeping like a starfish and it killed my back. While it was comfortable, I always woke up feeling broken. I have lower back pain and I usually take pain pills every day. Some days, I would have trouble even getting out of bed.So I bought this pillow with hope!I didn't like it at first. I'm not pregnant, I'm just chubby. I like stuffing something under my belly for support.I did not like using it as a pillow for my head. It was awful. How I use this:I'm a side sleeper and I flip over a lotI fold the top of one end of the C and hug it/ It's a little too much to hug, but it's worth it (especially if you have a ton of bed space. I share the bed with my husband and with my 3/4 of the bed, the pillow still wants to fall off the bed when I'm facing the edge. Then I sandwich whatever feels comfortable between my legs. Sometimes it's twisted and the bottom of the C points out and sometimes it's straight and the tip of the C pokes my butt.I sleep much better, I don't wake up with pain like I used to. I no longer sleep in a way that causes my pain (that's the only way I used to be ABLE to sleep) Now I can sleep comfortably AND not have as much pain.Honestly, when this pillow craps out, I'll replace it with a similar one.My only problem is that the middle of the pillow is too thin

Pros
  • The pillow's shape helps align the spine, leading to better sleep quality and less stiffness
Cons
  • May not be as durable as other pregnancy pillows
