Nevertheless, given my interaction with the business, I strongly advise against using their services. First off, their products' quality is pitifully poor. The paints are out-of-date with a limited palette of colors, and the canvas is rough and faulty, making it challenging to work with. The choice of cloth and thread is likewise subpar and of poor quality. Furthermore, Sewinfla's pricing are outrageous for such subpar materials. Buying things that are useless or barely working feels like a terrible waste of money. To make matters worse, when clients try to address their complaints, their customer support is unresponsive and useless. Indifference and a complete lack of interest in helping me with my problems were what I encountered when I sought to contact their customer support about my experience. They didn't appear as interested in offering high-quality goods and services as they were in getting my money. Overall, I am unable to endorse Sewinfla as a reputable or trustworthy supplier of art supplies. Any artist or crafter will find them to be a difficult and unsatisfactory alternative due to their subpar products and unhelpful customer support. At all costs, stay away from this business.
