Quality children's toys in the Montessori style
We love open-ended wooden toys. The build quality here is pretty good, with a smooth unpainted wood finish. It's made of beech, like our other wooden toys. Beech differs in high density and durability. The only thing I don't like is the bell inside. It's small, metallic, and overly decorated like a Christmas item. It doesn't fit the simple theme of a children's toy. The sound also reminds me too much of the ringing of a cat toy.
