I was very impressed with the build quality. Everything is very well done and thought out. I was willing to give this a 5 star rating because it exceeded my expectations why create it. But. After I finished assembling I fiddled with the settings for about 2 hours thinking I had done something wrong until I finally realized that the problem was in the special center bracket (picture attached). A friend of mine who also bought this mount for his rig has the same problem. I can try to fix this by changing the mount and drilling 4 holes about a quarter inch deeper, but that should be fixed by the manufacturer of this product, not me. Additional Notes: All my monitors are the same size 27 inch. The left has a slightly thicker bezel, but the middle and right are identical.
