Simply AWESOME boat cover

This cover is almost perfect. Almost because I would have liked it to be a bit thicker. But at the same time, it does an excellent job of draining rain, dust, leaves and various "crumbs” that inevitably accumulate on a boat without a cover. The lid has two elastic cords at the bottom that have handle connectors in the middle of each side. This elastic is GREAT for creating the perfect fit when under tension, allowing the cover to slope to allow water to drain. The 17ft to 19ft wide 102 inch beam is a bit wide for my boat, but the elastic allows this bundle to be tucked under the boat. Seams are triple stitched and provide excellent support for the "lifter" I use. to create a visor. Built in webbing loops and included connectors and straps make for a very secure fit. I'd been on the boat a few weeks at this point and we've had two record 1 inch per day rainstorms this fall. Drainage is excellent, with no seepage where the coating touches the surface of the boat in multiple places, and no pooling of water inside where other coatings, even new ones, would somehow allow water to seep in and form a puddle. Excellent coverage, good value for money, easy to install and protect. Even if the water beads don't last, if I had to buy one every two years or so, I'd be very satisfied. Breathability may be an issue for some. I'm running a blower with a timer connected to a homemade relay setup that charges/exercises that battery while also powering a 12v blower. The fan turns on and the lid puffs up a bit. If it were vented it would be ideal but there is enough airflow in the lid and I'm sure there will be no moisture build up or mold growth. 10/10 recommended!
