Review on Polonious by Fred Novak

The support we receive from polonious is unparalleled compared to other companies who are not as responsive or helpful with their clients' needs! We have been using them for years now without any issues at all - they provide us great customer service through our call center agents every time that something arises regarding an order submission issue (or anything else). I cannot think of one single thing about this software which could be improved upon by another provider out there today because it just does what its supposed to do extremely well already. If you're looking into case management / client services applications then definitely consider these guys first when making your decision process along side some more traditional providers like MSP etc.. They really make things easy. As previously mentioned above though - nothing comes up too much against these folks if ever needed help during business hours via phone calls only but again everything always works flawlessly so no worries here :).
