We were advised to return the entire purchase. They then advised me to send in the entire purchase even though I only received a used or discarded pump. I went back and forth and the pump was mailed to me as instructed upon return. All I wanted was what I paid for or my money back because they said they couldn't replace it because it's a set. Not sure if it's a set if it's just one damn item and the rest of the "set" is missing! TO UPDATE! Khols and USPS do not accept returns on these products! Both items mentioned have a leaking unknown substance originating from a used damaged part that was sent to me in mint condition! I have NEVER had to deal with such terrible customer service or lack of it in a global company in my life! What should I do now? I'm tired of playing these stupid comeback games and wasting my precious time! It's been long enough, I want my money back!
