Unsynchronized

I have 2 front and 2 rear lights in my car and both right side lights now have a different pattern than the left. They have been almost a month, can I return? As such they are useless and I would have to break everything to get back to the same pattern and who knows how long that will take. can i return It would have been 4 stars if they stayed in sync. Update, now they are out of sync again and 3 leds are out of service in less than 5 months. Will be replaced by another brand.
