The wheels are good but the swivel is not blocked.

I bought them because of this part of the ad"Turn lock: combination lock with brake" I thought that meant they had a turn lock, but as you can see from the video, mine does no twist lock. Otherwise they are average in price. Edit: Glad to see they were quick to remove this quote from the description.

Pros
