We have been using this platform for over 10 years to manage our brand portfolio, it is incredibly powerful with all aspects managed from one control center. It took us some time at first but once we got used everything became seamless! There are no real downsides other then their fees can be quite high which may make them more expensive than competitors that dont charge so much per year or even require less maintenance etc.. The benefits include being able to access information quickly across multiple countries as well ensuring you know where your assets sit geographically - they cant do any better there!
