They get the job done relatively inexpensively.
Installed on the sign of a shop where old LED bulbs have burned out. Very bright. Works well. It takes skill, time and patience. Apart from basic knowledge of electrical installation, no special skills are required. The supplied 2-sided adhesive tape is very practical. Make sure you have a suitable DC power supply if doing a fresh install.
