As a result of using this product, I found that the vibration was too weak to provide any real relief to my muscles. The design is clunky and hard to maneuver, making it difficult to reach certain areas of my body. The only positive aspect of this product is the quiet motor. Overall, I regretted spending so much on this Health and Household item and would not recommend it to others.
