The necklace looks very nice and expected - however I am very dissatisfied with the lack of quality control in the packaging. It was shipped in a pathetic plastic bag thrown into a giant polymer mailer with very little (if any) anti-crush protection. When I saw the package I thought my item had been stolen because there was nothing in it. When I saw that the item was actually there, I was shocked that it wasn't broken in half or scratched. Because of such ventures, I became disillusioned with Revain. It's my mother's Christmas present and it doesn't come with a jewelry box. I had to take my own necklace out of the box to make her a lovely Christmas present. Thank you very much.
