I was very excited that this product came in the mail but when I received it I was so disappointed. The inside of the curler is made of such a stiff material that you can't get it on your head or close enough to the side of your head to curl the curls without pulling the other side away from your face. . Bad design all around. In addition, the hair ties that came with the set to secure the ends of the hair after curling were not elastic and therefore could not be stretched and secured around the curlers. The ONLY good thing to come out of this product is the claw clip which I love but I could buy the clip separately and not spend money on curlers. Unfortunately I don't recommend it.
